Position Overview
The Corporate Digital Marketing Manager (International Division) is responsible for developing and executing global digital marketing strategies for all regions outside of China. Based in Singapore and reporting to the Headquarters Planning Department, this role ensures consistent brand messaging, effective social media engagement, and strategic digital outreach across international markets.
Our company is well-known primarily in China and Southeast Asia, with most of our brand presence established in Chinese. As a company with a long-standing presence primarily in China and Southeast Asia, this department focused on international markets is new and vital to expanding our global footprint beyond these core regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Strategy Development: Design and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to international markets, aligned with corporate objectives.
- Social Media Management: Oversee company presence on Google, X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
- Content Creation & Editing: Develop, edit, and publish high-quality digital content that resonates with diverse international audiences.
- Customer Engagement: Drive online campaigns that attract, engage, and convert potential customers in shipping and logistics sectors.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights to HQ.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HQ Planning, Sales, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Brand Management: Safeguard corporate identity and ensure compliance with global communication standards.
- Agentic AI Positioning: Showcase the company's forward-thinking potential by highlighting our leadership in Agentic AI technology to potential international customers. While this role is not directly responsible for implementing agentic AI, it supports the strategic narrative that sets us apart from competitors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in shipping, logistics, or B2B industries.
- Strong knowledge of international social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (English and Chinese).
- Proven ability to create engaging content and manage customer interactions online.
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with China HQ.
