Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Corporate Development Manager. The role involves identifying and analyzing strategic growth opportunities, conducting due diligence, and developing financial models to support key business decisions. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead acquisition initiatives, and provide insights through strategic financial analysis to drive corporate growth.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Corporate Development, with a track record of identifying and executing growth opportunities
• Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Finance, with the ability to build and analyze financial projections
• Analytical Skills, including the ability to evaluate complex data and provide actionable insights
• Experience with Due Diligence processes, particularly for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects seamlessly
• Prior experience in investment banking / corporate finance is a must
• Experience in capital raise - debt, equity and structured finance is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of experience for Manager, 8+ years for VP
