Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Corporate Course Consultant to drive business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting corporate clients for our workforce training solutions. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys business development, client relationship management, and helping organisations upskill their workforce through quality training programmes.
The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our corporate client base, understanding training needs, and recommending suitable learning solutions, including WSQ-funded programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate clients for training and workforce development programmes
- Build strong pipelines through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and business development activities
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and needs analysis with HR teams, business owners, and management representatives
- Recommend suitable training solutions based on clients operational and workforce needs
- Manage and grow existing client accounts to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Achieve monthly sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives
- Work closely with internal teams (Training, Operations, and Partnerships) to ensure smooth onboarding and successful programme delivery
- Prepare quotations, proposals, training plans, and post-engagement follow-up reports
- Keep up to date with industry developments, SkillsFuture initiatives, government funding schemes, and corporate training trends
Requirements
- 1-2 years of B2B sales or account management experience preferred
- Experience in training, education, recruitment, HR solutions, or professional services will be advantageous
- Strong hunter mindset with the ability to generate leads and close new business independently
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-based environment
- Good understanding of corporate decision-making and sales cycles
- Familiarity with WSQ, SkillsFuture funding, or government-supported training programmes is an added advantage
