Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Conveyancing Lawyer located in Singapore. The responsibilities include managing and executing corporate conveyancing transactions and transactions involving Jurong Town Corporation (JTC) properties, drafting and reviewing legal documents, overseeing compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and providing legal advisory services. The role also involves liaising with clients, regulators, and other professionals to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of property law, corporate law, and conveyancing processes
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
• Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
• Adherence to professional ethics and demonstrated integrity
• A Law degree (LLB or equivalent) and admission to the Singapore Bar
• At least three (3) years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
