Your Role
- Participate in evening dinner service, performing front-of-house duties up to four times per week during the familiarisation period to develop a strong understanding of service standards, guest experience, and operational workflows
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients regarding F&B needs, dining arrangements, events, and special requests
- Curate tailored food and beverage experiences for meetings, executive functions, and corporate events
- Coordinate reservations, catering, private dining, and VIP hospitality services
- Maintain exceptional service standards and anticipate client needs proactively
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with restaurants, caterers, beverage brands, and F&B service providers
- Drive revenue growth through new F&B concepts, corporate packages, and upselling opportunities
- Analyse market trends and client preferences to inform F&B strategy and offerings
- Support proposal development and presentations for corporate clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution
- Track performance metrics, client satisfaction, and revenue contribution
- Prepare regular reports on partnership performance and business development
