Corporate Communications Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and articulate Corporate Communications Specialist to develop and deliver engaging communication materials that strengthen the company's internal and external messaging. This role will be responsible for creating presentations, managing corporate communications initiatives, supporting executive messaging, and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong presentation skills, creative storytelling ability, and experience in corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, and content development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations for internal meetings, leadership updates, client engagements, and corporate events.
  • Create and manage internal communication materials such as newsletters, announcements, and company updates.
  • Support executive leadership with presentation decks, speeches, talking points, and briefing materials.
  • Ensure all communications align with company branding, tone, and messaging standards.
  • Coordinate communication strategies for company initiatives, launches, and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to gather and communicate key updates.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and town hall meetings.
  • Draft external communication materials including company profiles, corporate brochures, and announcements.
  • Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements to increase engagement.
  • Maintain communication templates and presentation assets for company-wide use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 1 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation design and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience supporting executive communications is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in corporate branding and employee engagement communications.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to simplify complex information into engaging and professional presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
