Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the nursing home's corporate communication strategy, aligning messages with organizational values and goals.
Manage all media relations activities, including press releases, interviews, and responses to media inquiries.
Create engaging content for corporate reports, social media, and website updates.
Plan and manage community outreach and public engagement activities that promote resident well-being and organizational visibility.
Build relationships with partners, donors, healthcare agencies, and regulatory bodies.
Together with the team, to plan and organise fundraising events.
Job Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a similar discipline is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital media tools.
At least 2 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in healthcare, non-profit, or eldercare sectors
Demonstrated experience in media engagement, digital communication, and branding.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, creative, meticulous and results-oriented
Enjoy working with the residents in the nursing home.
