As our Manager, Corporate Communications, you will lead strategic initiatives that build trust, elevate our voice, and bring the Busy Bees story to life across owned, earned, and shared media.
You'll influence how parents, partners, and employees experience our brand strengthening connection, engagement, and advocacy across Asia. From media relations and thought leadership to crisis response and internal communications, you'll ensure every message reflects both heart and high performance.

What You'll Do
Shape and safeguard our brand voice
Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy that strengthens brand visibility and ensures consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.
Craft purposeful, timely narratives
Write high-impact content for leaders and key initiatives speeches, media statements, corporate decks, thought leadership pieces, and internal messages. Provide clear, calm communication during sensitive issues.
Strengthen media engagement
Build strong relationships with media, journalists, and agency partners across parenting, education, and lifestyle sectors. Lead media outreach, features, and PR efforts that deliver measurable outcomes.
Curate meaningful content
Manage the corporate communications calendar, ensuring storytelling is timely, relevant, and aligned with our organisational priorities.
Manage budgets with intent
Oversee communications budgets to optimise resources and ensure investments drive meaningful impact.
Build connection and belonging
Lead NPS monitoring, sentiment tracking, and internal communications to deepen engagement and strengthen loyalty among parents and staff.
Collaborate for alignment
Work closely with Marketing, HR, and Operations to ensure strategic alignment and a unified brand voice across all touchpoints.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years experience in corporate communications, public relations, or integrated marketing (in-house + newsroom/media experience is a plus)
Strong writer with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives across multiple formats
Proven track record in media relations, pitching, and securing coverage
Strategic thinker with strong judgement and the ability to translate insights into communication solutions
Experience working with agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders
Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Empathetic communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment
Experience in the early childhood education sector is an advantage
