Job Description

Seeking a dynamic and digitally savvy communications professional to support corporate communications, website management, and process streamlining initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to both strategic communications and digital transformation efforts within a public sector environment.

  • Location: Chinatown MRT
  • Work Timing: Mon-Thu: 8.30am-6.00pm | Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm
  • 4-Month Contract
  • Salary: $3680/month

Key Responsibilities

Streamlining Communications Processes

  • Collaborate with IT teams to support the development of a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) prototype to streamline administrative workflows and preparation of materials for official engagements

  • Develop and maintain a structured prompt library for automation / Gen-AI tools (e.g., Pair) to enhance productivity and standardisation of communications outputs

  • Review and refine communications processes to improve efficiency, governance, and consistency

Corporate Website & Digital Platforms

  • Conduct research and support the review of the corporate website following its migration to a government CMS platform

  • Recommend enhancements to improve usability, accessibility, and integration with social media channels

  • Support ongoing content updates and information architecture improvements to ensure clarity and user-centric navigation

Internal Communications

  • Support the revamp and maintenance of the organisation's intranet platform

  • Draft, edit, and publish internal announcements and communications materials

  • Create banners and visual assets aligned with corporate branding guidelines

  • Manage content uploads and ensure consistency across internal communications channels

Requirements

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Policy, or a related discipline

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, marketing, digital content, or related roles

  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills

  • Experience managing digital platforms (e.g., CMS, intranet, website content management systems)

  • Familiarity with social media planning and publishing workflows

  • Analytical mindset with interest or exposure in process improvement, automation, or AI-enabled tools

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
