The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with a public-sector organisation to support its Corporate Communications function.
They are looking for a Designer (Corporate Communications) to join their communications team on a 1-year contract.
This role supports organisation-wide announcements, campaigns, and public engagement initiatives through strong visual and multimedia design.

The Talent

2-3 years of experience in creative design and video production
Tertiary qualification in Design, Mass Communications, or a related discipline
Strong creative flair with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator)
Good understanding of video production workflows, social media platforms, and content performance analytics
Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders

Job Description

Creative Content Development: Design and produce graphics, infographics, and video content to support communication strategies and public engagement initiatives across digital, social, and print channels
Project Coordination: Propose creative ideas, manage timelines, and coordinate resources for design and media projects, including stakeholder engagement
Video & Multimedia Production: Create video and multimedia assets, providing both creative and technical support throughout the production process
Public Sentiment & Visual Strategy: Monitor public sentiment on transport-related topics and propose visual or video strategies to address emerging issues
Events & Communications Support: Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, events, and media-related activities, including media conferences
