Job responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the syndication process for corporate loans, ensuring timely execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including borrowers, lenders, and financial institutions.

- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential syndication opportunities and assess market conditions.

- Coordinate with internal teams to structure and negotiate loan terms, ensuring alignment with client needs and bank policies.

- Prepare and present detailed syndication proposals and reports to senior management and clients.

- Monitor and manage the performance of syndicated loans, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure best practices in loan syndication.

Job requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate banking or loan syndication, with a proven track record of successful deal execution.

- Strong understanding of financial markets, loan structures, and syndication processes.

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
