Originate, structure and execute loan transactions (bilateral, club or syndication loans) across Asia Pacific, with particular focus on China SOEs & large corporates based in Singapore and ASEAN countries.
Providing full suite of corporate banking products that include, but not limited to, banking account, trade financing facility, bilateral RCF/TLF, syndicated loan and risk participation loan (funded and unfunded) etc.
Prepare detailed, well-analysed credit applications (including in-depth financial analysis, credit risk evaluation, industry appraisal etc.) and preform continuous account monitoring/review in order to maintain a robust and profitable portfolio.
Identify and pursue holistic banking relationship opportunities as per overall business plan, with the view to expand and diversify client base of Corporate Banking Department.
Working closely with Risk Management Department, Legal & Compliance, Operations Department, Treasury Department and other internal stakeholders to ensure swift approval and robust execution of transactions.
Comply with regulatory requirements and internal credit/compliance/lending guidelines.
Requirements:
Recognised Bachelor Degree or above qualifications
Accounting/Finance/Business related Degree will be an added advantage.
Self-starter possessing at least 4 to 8 years of relevant and solid corporate banking experience gained from international bank, with particular focus on Asia Pacific client base.
Sharp business acumen and proficiency in corporate banking product knowledge, as well as acutely attuned to regional market information and trends.
Excellent team player and development potential to be groomed as Team Leader.
