An international law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its Singapore corporate practice. The role involves advising on a range of Singapore corporate and M&A matters, including transactions and corporate restructuring and reorganisation work for multinational and regional clients. Matters often involve regulatory considerations and require careful execution under Singapore law.

The Work

• Corporate reorganisations and internal group restructurings
• Share transfers, capital and asset restructurings
• Joint ventures and strategic investments
• Ongoing corporate advisory work

The Candidate

• 2-5 years PQE in corporate law from a leading Singapore law firm or comparable practice
• Solid exposure to Singapore corporate/M&A work, including structuring or reorganisation matters
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• Commercial, responsive and solution-oriented
• Singapore-qualified lawyers preferred
