Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Corporate Analyst to join our team in Singapore. As part of the team, you will play a central role in supporting the company's strategic and fundraising activities, with a focus on financial forecasting, industry analysis, investor presentations, and transaction execution.
Key Responsibilities:
. Financial Planning & Analysis - Develop and maintain the company's financial forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses.
. Presentations & Fundraising Matferials - Prepare high-quality corporate decks, investor presentations, and supporting materials for capital-raising activities.
. Transaction Support - Assist in capital raising processes by coordinating with investors, advisors, and internal stakeholders support due diligence and end-to-end transaction execution.
. Research & Reporting - Research market trends, industry developments, and competitive benchmarks prepare board and management reports to support corporate governance.
Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree or higher from a top-tier university, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) discipline.
. 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or private credit.
. Strong analytical, financial modelling, and presentation skills.
. Great attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
. Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
. Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
. Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong business writing skills in both languages.
. Based in Singapore or willing to relocate.
