Corporate Affairs Manager (Construction/West)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead corporate affairs and communications activities, including corporate branding, website, LinkedIn, public relations, investor communications, industry memberships, government engagement, and media relations.
• Drive internal communications and employee engagement initiatives, including town halls, company culture programmes, CS Ractivities, newsletters, change communications, and stakeholder engagement events.
• Develop and maintain corporate credentials, tender materials, capability statements, case studies, and presentations, while supporting priority bids with writing, messaging, and design input.
• Coordinate corporate sustainability, ESG, grants, safety campaigns, and award submissions with Finance, HR, WSH, Project, and Tender teams.
• Manage external agencies, corporate communications budgets, crisis communications, and cross-functional projects while ensuring consistent corporate messaging and brand standards.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Min 4 years of relevant experience in corporate affairs, corporate communications, corporate planning, or stakeholder management, preferably within construction, engineering, or the built environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, stakeholder management, project coordination, and agency management skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience in developing corporate affairs or corporate services functions familiarity with BCA, SCAL, construction project lifecycles, ESG, or sustainability reporting is an advantage.
