Key responsibilities :

We're looking for a Corporate Actions Specialist to help us:

. Deliver accurate income and corporate actions event data across the full event lifecycle

. Support Voluntary Instruction processing across equities, bonds, funds, structured products, and private equity

. Build and maintain relationships with client advisers, custodians, counterparties, stock lending, risk, and offshore teams

. Manage corporate actions process risks and controls, evolving and streamlining across income, mandatory, and voluntary events

. Assist and drive implementation of change initiatives across corporate actions processes

. Adapt priorities under pressure, multitasking while maintaining strong data quality and client service

The team :

You'll be working in the APAC Wealth Management Corporate Actions Voluntary Instructions team in Singapore, focused predominantly on day-to-day support for the Corporate Actions function. The team covers Voluntary Instruction processing of corporate actions across multiple asset classes and global markets. Interaction within the team is high, and you'll work closely with partners across client coverage, custodians, counterparties, stock lending, risk, and offshore teams to help meet the team's objectives and annual business plans.

Your skills and experience :

To succeed in this role, you bring:

. Hands-on knowledge of corporate actions lifecycle processing, including income, mandatory, and voluntary events

. Ability to build and maintain relationships with client advisers, client adviser assistants, custodians, and counterparties

. Strong risk and controls mindset to minimize operational risk across corporate actions processes

. Skilled at investigating data discrepancies, resolving breaks, and restoring data accuracy through rigorous validation

. Comfortable driving and supporting change initiatives to evolve and streamline corporate actions processing

. Adaptable working style with strong interpersonal skills and a team-first approach

. Ability to work under pressure, stay oriented when multitasking, and deliver reliable day-to-day support
