We are looking for a Corporate Actions Specialist to help us:
You'll be working in the Investment Banking Corporate Actions Team in Singapore. You'll partner closely with clients, account management, custodians, and internal and external counterparties to clarify event details, manage breaks, and support accurate execution.

We are looking for a Corporate Actions Specialist to help us:
- Scrub and cleanse custodian MT564 and MT568 data to create accurate corporate action announcements
- Validate corporate actions data against custodian SWIFTs and other market sources
- Execute and support voluntary corporate actions processing, ensuring timely and accurate client outcomes
- Send client instructions to third parties and support execution across custodians and counterparties
- Post online cash and security transactions, reconciling entitlements and payments to client accounts
- Liaise with clients, account management, custodians, and internal teams to resolve breaks and clarify event details
You'll be working in the Investment Banking Corporate Actions Team in Singapore. You'll partner closely with clients, account management, custodians, and internal and external counterparties to clarify event details, manage breaks, and support accurate execution.
Your Skills And Experience
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- 1+ years of investment banking or wealth management asset servicing experience
- Hands-on data scrubbing capability and confidence reading high volumes of SWIFT messages (MT564/MT568)
- Ability to execute and support voluntary corporate actions processing with accuracy and timeliness
- Strong attention to detail and comfort reviewing large volumes of written information
- Skill in working across multiple systems to create announcements, send instructions, and post online cash and securities transactions
- Solid risk and control mindset, ensuring compliance with established standards during processing
- Resilience, a positive attitude, and adaptability to a steep learning curve, learning on the job
