Core Banking Applications Software Developer

Job Responsibilities:

The expected responsibilities are

• Provide ATLAS system operation support as team
• ATLAS system daily operation
• Maintain UAT environment
• Bridge communication between user and maintenance team in Japan and London
• Analyse user needs and develop ATLAS module with maintenance team
• Follow up user about business systems around ATLAS, such as reporting system, market system, RPA tools
• Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialised utility programs

Experiences & Requirements:

Applicants should have either (1a) or (1b):

(1a) At least a Bachelor's degree in any of these faculties:

• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Programming & Systems Analysis
• Science (Computer Studies)
• Software Engineering

(1b) Minimum total three years work experience in at least one of these job titles:

• Applications developer
• Computer software engineer
• Software developer
• Software engineer
• Software development engineer

Minimum Degree, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience

Possess banking business knowledge especially Remittance, Loan, Trade area

Possess ATLAS system knowledge which is a core banking system built on Tandem Host

Good verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skill

Ability to communicate in Japanese language (both verbal & written), as required to effectively liaise with Japanese-speaking clients
