Copier Technician

• Conduct product testing with samples provided on copier machines and printers.
• Provide technical advice and report on quality of samples and products.
• Maintain and hands-on repair/service any brand of copier machines and printers.
• Conduct quality inspection upon stock arrival.
• Resolve customer complaints for faulty products at customer premises when required.
• File and maintain samples sent for testing or faulty items.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of hands on experience in servicing Ricoh, Canon, Toshiba, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Kyocera copier/printers.
• 5 day work week.
