Responsibilities:
- Manage design coordination and construction activities between clients, the project team, contractors, and utility companies (SWC)
- Conduct thorough checks and reviews of all Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) documents and drawings prior to client submission to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Develop and prepare detailed E&M niche drawings and temporary design drawings as required
- Liaise and coordinate effectively with Architects and Structural consultants to integrate E&M systems seamlessly into the overall design
- Support the Design Manager and Project Director by assisting with urgent tasks and E&M-related project deliverables
- Oversee the supervision of field staff, ensuring excellent on-site coordination and communication
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant E&M engineering experience within construction or infrastructure
- Proven experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and supervising field staff
- Prior experience on Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects is a highly desirable advantage
- A self-motivated professional able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
