Responsibilities
- Lead daily coordination of site activities to ensure timely installation of blinds, curtains, roller blinds, and motorised systems
- Collaborate with installers, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve site issues and maintain smooth project workflows
- Schedule and manage site measurements, deliveries, and installation timelines to meet project deadlines
- Communicate progress and installation schedules effectively with main contractors, interior designers, and clients
- Attend site meetings to provide updates and address operational challenges
- Conduct precise site measurements and verify window dimensions to ensure accurate product specifications before fabrication or installation
- Inspect installation quality to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations
- Coordinate delivery logistics for blinds, curtains, tracks, and accessories to align with installation schedules
- Monitor material stock levels and report shortages proactively to prevent project delays
- Prepare detailed site reports, installation checklists, and completion records to document project status
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including drawings, measurements, and work orders for accurate record-keeping
- Submit regular progress updates to the Project Manager to support informed decision-making
- Enforce adherence to site safety requirements and company policies in coordination with contractors
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Construction, Interior Design, or related field
- Ability to read technical drawings and take accurate measurements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD drawings
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of site coordination experience, preferably in blinds, curtains, interior fitting, or renovation works
- Strong coordination and communication skills to manage multiple site schedules effectively
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites while managing competing priorities
