Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Act as a liaison between project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and documentation
- Monitor material deliveries and ensure availability of resources on site
- Assist in planning work sequences and resolving site-related issues
- Track project costs, invoices, and purchase orders in coordination with the finance team
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local construction codes
- Organize site meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain accurate records of drawings, permits, contracts, and change orders
- Support project managers with administrative and coordination tasks as required
- Identify potential delays or risks and report them to management promptly
Requirement
- Candidate must possess diploma or degree in any field
- Candidate must have experience in a related field
- Willing to work Alternative Shift base on Schedule on site
- Able to work with team
