Junior Shipping Coordinator

Job Description

• Prepare shipping documentations
• Coordinate freight import shipment
• Ensure correct classification (HS code) of marine products
• Maintain proper records of transactions
• Perform cold call to existing and potential customers and provide quotations and prospects
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Must have some experience in Freight Forwarding Industry (import department)
• Must have knowledge in import permit declaration
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Possess initiative and ability to work independently
• Working Hours: 5 Days Week (Mon - Fri: 9 AM - 6 PM)
