Responsibilities:
- Assist and support night shift drivers with deliveries to outlets.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure cold chain standards are followed during loading and transport.
- Act as main point of contact for drivers during night operations.
- Record delivery status and incidents, and prepare summary reports for management.
Requirements:
- Prior logistics or delivery coordination experience preferred (cold chain knowledge is an advantage).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently during night shift.
- Basic computer skills for reporting.
Working Hours:
4-5 nights per week from 6pm-1am or 7pm to 2am
(2-3 coordinators will rotate/exchange shifts).
