As part an organisational transformation road map to redefine its role in the landscape through innovations and sustainability, they are looking for a Project Associate / Coordinator to support its endeavours.

Roles & Responsibilities

Supporting the Project Managers in this company-wide strategic effort, your role will involve:

• Project Coordination & Tracking: Maintain and update key program trackers including schedules and change requests
• Reporting & Communications: Consolidate inputs and contents to support reporting, dash-boarding and presentations.
• Meeting & Documentation Support: Organise meetings and workshops, tracking action items to ensure timely follow-up and escalation.
• Repository & Administrative Management: Manage documentation and storage of information.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor&aposs degree holder with experience in project coordination or administrative roles.
• Meticulous and good organisation skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in a PMO environment would be advantageous.
