Empire Works is a growing renovation and interior design company with 9 years of industry experience. We are committed to delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and responsible Admin to support our daily operations.
Handle general administrative duties (filing, data entry, documentation, scheduling)
Coordination and scheduling of projects and appointments
Answer phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of showroom and office
Manage office supplies and stock replenishment
Support sales/design team with documents, quotations & project files
Assist in basic bookkeeping (if required)
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
No minimum education required
Prior admin or customer service experience preferred (not mandatory)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organized, detail-oriented & able to multi-task
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willing to learn
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Friendly and supportive working environment

Salary: $2,200 - $3,500/month (depending on experience)
Monday to Saturday
11:00am - 8:00pm or 12:00pm - 9:00pm
