Empire Works is a growing renovation and interior design company with 9 years of industry experience. We are committed to delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and responsible Admin to support our daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative duties (filing, data entry, documentation, scheduling)

  • Coordination and scheduling of projects and appointments

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries

  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of showroom and office

  • Manage office supplies and stock replenishment

  • Support sales/design team with documents, quotations & project files

  • Assist in basic bookkeeping (if required)

  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

  • No minimum education required

  • Prior admin or customer service experience preferred (not mandatory)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Organized, detail-oriented & able to multi-task

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Positive attitude and willing to learn

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Monday to Saturday
