Lead and manage multi-disciplinary coordination and interface management across Civil & Structural, Architectural, MEP, and System-Wide Contractors (SWC) for LTA tunnelling or MRT projects.
Oversee and facilitate design coordination between consultants, contractors, subcontractors and client representatives to ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines.
Manage design submission processes and authority approvals, including compliance with client's procedures and relevant statutory requirements.
Coordinate construction interfaces between tunnelling works, station structures, and E&M installations to avoid conflicts and ensure efficient project execution.
Work closely with BIM teams to ensure proper design integration, clash detection and coordinated installation planning across all disciplines.
Lead coordination meetings with internal teams, consultants, subcontractors and system-wide contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
Oversee Coordinated Installation Plans (CIP) and ensure proper integration with System-Wide Contractors (SWC) such as signaling, communications, traction power and rail systems.
Ensure construction methodologies comply with client requirements LTA standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
Monitor progress of coordination works to ensure timely resolution of design and site interface issues.
Manage subcontractor coordination and ensure alignment with project schedules, technical requirements and installation sequences.
Support the implementation and monitoring of the Construction Management Plan including risk management and interface controls.
Provide regular reports to project management on coordination status, interface risks, design approvals, and project progress.
Ensure appropriate supervisory oversight, cost control, schedule management and change management processes are implemented during construction.
Job Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
Minimum 8 years of engineering experience, preferably in large-scale LTA infrastructure or tunnelling projects in Singapore.
At least 5 years of experience managing coordination for Civil & Structural, Architectural, and M&E works on complex infrastructure or rail projects.
Proven experience managing design and construction interfaces for MRT, tunnelling, or underground transit projects.
Experience coordinating with System-Wide Contractors (SWC) and managing Coordinated Installation Plans (CIP) and CCSM requirements.
Familiarity with BIM coordination processes, including clash detection and multi-disciplinary design integration.
