Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of food and the serving of all meals to customers
- Implementing food hygiene standards, ordering ingredients and supplies, measuring portions, planning menus, and arranging for the catering of special event.
- Lead smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold service standards.
- Guide and motivate your service team.
- Supervising a team to ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy
- Ensuring all food and health and safety regulations are followed
- Coordinate kitchen staff
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Captain or Supervisor in F&B.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Able to work weekends/public holidays.
