Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the preparation of food and the serving of all meals to customers
  • Implementing food hygiene standards, ordering ingredients and supplies, measuring portions, planning menus, and arranging for the catering of special event.
  • Lead smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold service standards.
  • Guide and motivate your service team.
  • Supervising a team to ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy
  • Ensuring all food and health and safety regulations are followed
  • Coordinate kitchen staff

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Captain or Supervisor in F&B.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Able to work weekends/public holidays.
