Job Title: Culinary Artisan (Japanese Cuisine) / Guest Experience Host

Locations: VivoCity | Orchard | Suntec City
Work Schedule: 5.5-day workweek (44 hours). Overtime is recognized and paid.
Salary: S$2,500 - S$3,800 per month (commensurate with experience and role)

Role 1: The Kitchen Artisan
Salary: S$3,000 - S$3,800 per month

• Your Craft: Prepare authentic dishes, respecting traditional techniques while working efficiently in a modern kitchen.

• Your Space: From prep to plating, you own the quality and consistency of every dish that leaves your section.

• Your Standards: You believe a clean kitchen is a happy kitchen. You uphold hygiene and sanitation standards without being told.

• Your Team: You know that the pass is a two-way street. You work with the service team to ensure the guest gets their meal hot, beautiful, and on time.

• Your Experience: You have at least 2 years under your belt in a Japanese kitchen and are ready to find a place where your skills are valued.

Role 2: The Guest Experience Host (Service Crew)
Salary: S$2,500 - S$3,200 per month

• Your Presence: Greet guests with a genuine smile and provide attentive, friendly service that feels natural, not scripted.

• Your Expertise: Know our menu inside and out. You confidently explain dishes and make recommendations that surprise and delight our guests.

• Your Flow: Handle orders accurately and time your service perfectly with the kitchen, ensuring drinks and food arrive as intended.

• Your Environment: Take pride in keeping the dining area clean, tidy, and inviting for every single person who walks in.

• Your Teamwork: You are the vital link between the guest and the kitchen, communicating clearly to ensure a seamless experience.
