Job Description

Handle a wide range of raw fish and other ingredients
Bake, grill, steam, and deep-fry meats, vegetables, fish, poultry, and other foods
Prepare ingredients for menu items, ensuring adequate quantity to minimize wastage
Ensure food portions and presentation meet company standards
Ensure freshness of ingredients and final products
Monitor supplies and re-order stock as needed
Pack and label sashimi products accurately
Maintain a clean and safe work area, including utensils, equipment, and dishes
Store ingredients and food at correct temperatures to prevent spoilage
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Monitor and train subordinates to achieve high-quality skills and performance
Welcome and bid farewell to customers in an open-concept restaurant environment
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Chef

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
Training provided for inexperienced candidates
Commitment to quality, excellent service, and cleanliness
Good personal hygiene practices
Food hygiene certificate is a plus
