Job Description

• Prepare, cook, and present food according to approved recipes and quality standards

• Conduct pre-cooking checks and ensure raw materials meet food safety requirements

• Portion, plate, pack, and provide quality service during serving

• Collect food samples and operate/record hot holding cabinets and food warmers

• Supervise kitchen assistants and guide food preparation as needed

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations, adhering to hygiene and food safety SOPs

• Demonstrate a growth mindset by being open to learning, improving processes, and supporting continuous kitchen improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a kitchen or similar role
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and kitchen SOPs

• Positive attitude with a growth mindset, willing to learn and improve continuously
