Job Responsibilities

• Assist the kitchen team with food preparation, ingredient handling and basic cooking tasks according to recipes and instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, equipment and food preparation areas.
• Support daily kitchen operations, including ingredient replenishment, dishwashing and general kitchen duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, catering or food preparation environment will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Able to follow recipes, food preparation instructions and hygiene procedures.
• Good teamwork and communication skills with a willingness to support kitchen operations.
• Willing to work in the Outram Park area and according to the assigned work schedule.
