Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook according to planned menus.
• Manage cost control, inventory, and portioning to reduce wastage.
• Receive and store goods following hygiene and food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and utensils.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any faults immediately.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior.
