We are looking for a dedicated Transit Lounge Cook to prepare and serve food for passengers in a comfortable lounge environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare simple food items such as sandwiches, salads, and grilled dishes
- Manage and operate one live cooking station
- Ensure food is replenished and sufficient for passengers at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are met
- Provide a pleasant dining experience for lounge guests
- Follow instructions from the Chef and support daily kitchen operations
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Basic cooking skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
