Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Transit Lounge Cook to prepare and serve food for passengers in a comfortable lounge environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare simple food items such as sandwiches, salads, and grilled dishes
  • Manage and operate one live cooking station
  • Ensure food is replenished and sufficient for passengers at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and food preparation areas
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are met
  • Provide a pleasant dining experience for lounge guests
  • Follow instructions from the Chef and support daily kitchen operations
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Basic cooking skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
