Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes according to recipes and standards
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistent at all times
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen
• Manage stock levels, assist in ordering supplies, and minimize wastage
• Work closely with team members to support smooth daily kitchen operations
• Comply with Singapore food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of relevant cooking experience in Chinese cuisine (food court/coffee shop experience preferred)
• Must possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate
• Able to read and communicate in both English and Mandarin
• Good team player, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
