Job Description

  • Prepare and knead prata dough to the correct texture and consistency.

  • Skillfully stretch and flip prata to ensure proper cooking quality.

  • Check freshness and quality of all ingredients before use.

  • Measure and mix ingredients accurately according to standard recipes.

  • Cook food items by frying, grilling, steaming, or boiling as required.

  • Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to company standards.

  • Keep the kitchen area clean and organized at all times.

  • Properly store raw materials and cooked food in compliance with safety guidelines.

  • Follow all food hygiene and safety regulations strictly.

  • Assist team members during peak hours when required.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
