Job Description

1. Food Preparation & Cooking

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and standards.
  • Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
  • Assist with menu planning and new dish development.

2. Kitchen Supervision

  • Oversee the kitchen team.
  • Monitor kitchen workflow and delegate tasks to cooks and other junior staff.

3. Quality & Safety Standards

  • Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations.

4. Training & Development

  • Support in onboarding new team members.
  • Provide guidance to maintain consistent performance.

5. Inventory & Cost Control

  • Assist with inventory checks and ordering ingredients.

6. Skills & Traits

  • Strong culinary skills and attention to detail.
