Job Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily kitchen operations.
- Responsible for food and menu planning, food costing and quality control.
- Upkeep of the kitchen cleaniness and hygiene standard.
- To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior.

Working locations at Newest / Flora Vista / The Promenade / Sixth Ave / Bukit Timah/ Upper Thomson
