Cook / Chef de Partie

Monthly Salary: UP to $2800 (Negotiable)

Working Address: Gillman Barracks

Working hours: 5 Days Work Week. Permanent Sunday Off.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's standards and recipes

• Ensure food preparation and presentation is consistent and high-quality

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times

Qualification and Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cook or CDP in a professional kitchen (seafood or modern cuisine experience is a plus)

• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards

• Team player with a good attitude and willingness to learn
