JOB OFFER - Commis / Chef de Partie (Bonjour by Ma Cuisine)
Location: Bonjour by Ma Cuisine, Singapore
Availability: Immediate
Schedule: 5 working days from Monday to Saturday, morning shift mostly, Staff meal included, 2 days off including Sunday and another week day
Salary: 2.9 to 3.4 according to experience after interviews
ABOUT BONJOUR BY MA CUISINE
Bonjour by Ma Cuisine is a new concept within Ma Cuisine, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Singapore. We offer a refined breakfast and lunch experience, blending elegance with the best of French cuisine.
We are looking for a Commis or Chef de Partie to help with food preparation and support the kitchen team in daily operations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with ingredient preparation (cutting, peeling, portioning, etc.).
Help with basic cooking tasks under the guidance of the chefs.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow hygiene protocols.
Support stock organization and deliveries.
Ensure all workstations are properly set up for service.
Operation duties during service fast pace and volume.
PROFILE & SKILLS
Some experience in a professional kitchen is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Knowledge of ..basic kitchen hygiene and food safety
