Assist in menu planning and daily specials when required.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of food items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
Support chefs in food preparation and other kitchen duties as assigned.
