Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the CEO in executing the company's strategic plans establish and improve the company's operational management systems and policies, optimize business processes, and enhance overall operational efficiency and cost control.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of game product operations, including pre-launch preparation, post-launch user operations (user acquisition, retention, and engagement), monetization operations (payment conversion and revenue growth), as well as data analysis and optimization.
  • Manage R&D project timelines coordinate resources across development, art, and game design teams to ensure on-time product launches and resolve critical issues during project execution.
  • Build and structure the operations team design performance evaluation and incentive schemes, develop professional operations talent, and increase overall team capability.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies combine market insights with internal product data to propose and implement operational optimization plans, ensuring achievement of product performance goals.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above overseas study experience preferred. Major in Computer Science or Software Engineering. Fluent in English.
  • Over 10 years of experience in game operations, including at least 3 years in an operations management role within a game company proven success operating popular game titles.
  • Deep expertise across the full game operations value chain, including user operations, event operations, dat driven operations, and monetization familiar with operational rules and promotion channels for major platforms such as iOS, Android, and Steam.
  • Strong execution and project management skills capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and identifying issues through data analysis to develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills able to coordinate efficiently with R&D, marketing, and customer service teams to drive execution of operational strategies. Able to perform under pressure and adapt to the fast-paced nature of the gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of player needs passionate about games, with the ability to quickly adapt to new game genres and operational models.
  • Immediate availability or short notice period is an advantage.
