Job Summary:
The Director of Operations will support the executive leadership team in driving day-to-day operational excellence, cross-functional coordination, and strategic execution across the organization. The role focuses on enhancing internal processes, aligning resources with business priorities, and building operational capabilities that support the company's growth in Singapore and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing core operational areas including business administration, HR coordination, project delivery, compliance, and vendor management.
- Translate strategic plans into executable operational roadmaps with clear KPIs and accountability mechanisms.
- Coordinate across R&D, sales, finance, and administrative functions to ensure workflow efficiency and inter-departmental alignment.
- Monitor operational metrics and performance dashboards, flagging risks and bottlenecks proactively.
- Support resource planning and talent deployment to match business needs.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline internal systems and improve execution speed.
- Liaise with external partners, government agencies, and service providers on behalf of the CEO.
- Provide operational support in areas such as office establishment, company registration, procurement, and financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related disciplines.
- 6+ years of experience in operations, program management, or business administration, preferably within a technology or B2B service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead operational projects independently.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, project management tools, and KPI dashboards.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across business and technical teams.
- Experience working in high-growth or international environments is a plus.
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to handle ambiguity in fast-paced settings.
