Role Overview

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operational strategy and execution as FluxA scales its platform across multiple markets.

This role is suited for a hands-on operator who can build, refine, and scale operational systems in environments involving high transaction frequency, multi-party interactions, and evolving regulatory considerations.

The COO will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to align operational execution with platform growth and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Operations & Scaling

• Design and implement operational frameworks to support a growing, multi-sided platform
• Align user growth, partner onboarding, and monetization into coherent operating models
• Improve operational efficiency as transaction volumes and usage patterns evolve

2. Transaction & Infrastructure Operations

• Oversee operational aspects of transaction flows across different payment methods and system components
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve:Transaction reliabilityProcessing efficiencyCost structure and success rates
• Support the scaling of systems handling increasing transaction frequency

3. Cross-Market Operations

• Support expansion into new markets by ensuring operational readiness
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to address local requirements
• Contribute to building processes that can be adapted across jurisdictions

4. Monetization & Business Operations

• Translate platform capabilities into sustainable revenue streams
• Support pricing, incentive structures, and partner economics
• Improve conversion and retention through operational improvements

5. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

• Work with partners across technology, platform, and service layers
• Support integration and onboarding processes for external participants
• Contribute to ecosystem growth through structured collaboration

6. Performance Management

• Establish and monitor key operational metrics, including:Transaction activityUser engagementRevenue performance
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and iteration

Qualifications

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or general management
• Experience in technology, platform-based, or transaction-oriented businesses

Candidates with experience in several of the following areas are encouraged to apply:

• Operating or scaling platforms involving frequent user or transaction activity
• Working within multi-stakeholder or ecosystem-driven environments
• Exposure to payment systems, financial infrastructure, or digital transaction models
