About ArcadeXR

Arcade Online is a live-play platform where players remotely control real arcade machines and win real prizes. It's competitive, skill-driven, event-heavy, and deeply community-powered.

We've grown quickly over the past few years, with marketing playing a central role in that growth. We're now focused on scaling further - efficiently and sustainably.

The Role

You will own the entire marketing function - user acquisition, monetization, engagement, community, creative, and affiliate growth. This means owning not just how we acquire users, but how they engage with the platform and how the platform monetises.

You'll report directly to the CEO and have a seat at the table on growth strategy.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will set direction, review output, and step in directly where needed. The team will grow over time, but in the near term, this is a player-coach position.

Your Team

You'll lead a small, high-impact marketing team across three functions:

  • Performance& Growth - paid acquisition, UA, channel efficiency
  • Community& Events - social channels, Discord, VIP management, events calendar
  • Brand &Creative - advertising materials, brand guidelines, affiliate and influencer partnerships

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the overall marketing strategy while staying close to execution
  • Own and manage a growing marketing budget - responsible for deployment, healthy ROAS andCAC
  • Scale paid acquisition across channels and drive full-funnel performance
  • Own monetisation strategy - pricing, IAP, event economy - in collaboration with product
  • Plan and oversee an events programme that drives engagement across different player cohorts
  • Manage and develop the creative function (ads, brand, content, quality)
  • Grow affiliate and partnership channels
  • Build and manage agency and account manager relationships, ensuring performance and accountability
  • Report on performance and drive data-informed decision-making
  • Work cross-functionally with product and operations to align marketing with LiveOps and platform performance
  • Identify and build strategic external relationships

What We're Looking For

  • Strong performance marketing background in D2C or consumer products
  • Experience managing meaningful marketing budgets (millions annually)
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel growth - acquisition, conversion, retention, monetisation
  • Strong analytical capability: able to build experiments, interpret data, and make decisions quickly
  • Experience leading small teams and driving execution without a heavy process
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
  • Able to balance strategy with hands-on execution

Nice To Have:

  • Experience in gaming or live-service products
  • Familiarity with IAP or virtual economies
  • Experience with event-driven or LiveOps-based products

  • Ownership of the company's primary growth engine
  • A hands-on leadership role with direct access to the CEO

  • A purely strategic or brand-led position
