Job Description & Requirements
Key Responsibilities: - Preparing andmanaging legal documentation for conveyancing transactions (e.g., OTPs, S&P Agreements, completion statements)
- Liaising with clients, banks, CPF Board, and relevantgovernment authorities
- Conducting title searches and handling e-lodgements via INLIS and SLA systems
- Managing timelines, tracking deadlines, and coordinating completion processes
- Filing and maintaining physical and digital conveyancing files
- Providing general administrative support to conveyancing lawyers
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years ofrelevant experience in conveyancing work in a law firm setting
- Familiarity with residential and commercial conveyancing processes in Singapore
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and conveyancing platforms(e.g., e-Litigation, INLIS, SLA, CPF)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple transactions concurrently
- Good interpersonal skills and a professional attitude
