We are seeking a motivated and committed Conveyancing Lawyer to join our practice. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to handle a broad range of conveyancing matters in a professional and collaborative working environment, with support for continued learning and development.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a range of conveyancing matters with appropriate supervision where required
• Providing clear, practical, and timely legal advice to clients
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, correspondence, and related conveyancing documentation
• Liaising professionally with clients, financial institutions, developers, and relevant parties
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the practice to ensure efficient matter management
• Maintaining strong client relationships through responsive and professional service

Requirements:

• Qualified to practise law in Singapore with 1-3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in conveyancing practice
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
• Client-focused with a professional approach to service delivery
