Advance Law LLC is expanding, and we are looking for a Conveyancing Lawyer to join our team. We are seeking a motivated and client-focused lawyer who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering practical legal solutions with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
. Manage a variety of conveyancing matters independently
. Provide clear, practical, and timely advice to clients
. Draft legal documents, correspondence, and opinions
. Work closely with team members across the practice
. Maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication

Requirements:
. 1-3 years PQE in conveyancing practice
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
. Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
. Organized, responsible, and client-oriented
