Conveyancing Lawyer (1-5PQE)

Our client, a well-established law firm in Singapore, is looking to onboard a Conveyancing Lawyer to join their team. This role will primarily focus on conveyancing matters, with the added opportunity to gain exposure to Corporate Real Estate transactions, offering a well-rounded practice experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, mortgages, and refinancing.

• Draft, review, and advise on conveyancing documentation.

• Liaise with clients, banks, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth completion of transactions.

What We're Looking For

• Singapore-qualified lawyer with 1-5 years of post-qualification experience.

• Good exposure to conveyancing and real estate work.

• Strong communication and drafting skills.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused.
